DigiRoll Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains what is and isn't allowed on DigiRoll, which is operated by DigiHorizons, Inc. ("DigiRoll," "we," "us"). It applies to everything you do in the app and on digiroll.app, and it is part of our Terms of Service at https://digiroll.app/terms-of-service. If this policy and the Terms conflict, the Terms control.

DigiRoll is a community for music creators and the people who work with them. Be someone you'd want to collaborate with.

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country sets a higher age of digital consent. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use DigiRoll.
• You must give accurate account information and keep your login secure.
• One person, one account. Don't impersonate another person, artist, band, label, or business.

You may upload or link only content that you own or have permission to use. That includes music, recordings, artwork, video, lyrics, photographs, names, and logos.

Do not post:

• Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or other rights. This includes unlicensed samples and covers where you don't hold the rights.
• Content you are contractually barred from sharing, such as unreleased material under a label or publishing agreement.
• Someone else's private information, recordings, or messages without their permission.

Do not use DigiRoll to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, stalk, or intimidate anyone.
• Post hate speech or content that attacks people for race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or similar characteristics.
• Post sexually explicit content, or any sexual content involving minors. We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities.
• Post graphic violence, or content that encourages self-harm, or that promotes or glorifies violence or terrorism.
• Share content designed to humiliate or expose a person.

Do not:

• Run scams, fraud, phishing, or pyramid or "pay to be discovered" schemes.
• Post fake reviews, buy or sell followers, subscribers, or engagement, or manipulate rankings, Quests, XP, or rewards.
• Misrepresent your credentials, experience, ownership of a work, or your relationship with another artist or company.
• Claim to offer legal, financial, or investment services you aren't licensed to provide.
• Use DigiRoll Legal / Agreements tools to misrepresent a document as legal advice or as reviewed by a lawyer when it was not.

Do not:

• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you're not authorized to access.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from DigiRoll by automated means, or reverse engineer the service, except as the law allows.
• Upload malware, or interfere with or overload the service.
• Evade bans, blocks, or suspensions, or create accounts to do so.
• Abuse Quests, check-ins, NFC taps, location features, tickets, or Wallet passes, for example by spoofing location or sharing single-use passes.
• Use DigiRoll to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or chain messages.

• Only message people you have a legitimate reason to contact. If someone asks you to stop, stop.
• Live streams and recordings are held to this same policy. Do not stream content you don't have the right to broadcast, or content showing people who haven't consented to be recorded where consent is required.
• When you host events or sell tickets, you are responsible for the accuracy of the event details and for complying with applicable laws and venue rules.

We review reports as quickly as we reasonably can. We do not promise to review every report or to take action on any particular one.

We may, at our discretion and with or without notice:

• Remove or restrict content.
• Limit features such as messaging, uploads, or Quest rewards.
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts. We may terminate the accounts of repeat copyright infringers.
• Withhold or reverse rewards, XP, or payouts that were obtained in violation of this policy.
• Report conduct to law enforcement or the affected rights holders where we believe it is required or appropriate.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continued use of DigiRoll after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
