DigiRoll is a platform designed to empower musicians with tools to:

Manage and showcase their music projects
Learn about the music industry through interactive education
Host and participate in live studio sessions
Connect with fans and collaborators

2. Eligibility

To use DigiRoll, you must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country).

3. User Conduct

You agree to:

Use DigiRoll respectfully and legally
Only access or share content you own or have rights to
Not use the platform to harass, impersonate, or exploit others
Honor project visibility settings (private or public)

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload.
By uploading, you grant DigiRoll a limited license to display and distribute your content within the app according to your chosen visibility settings.
You may not copy, redistribute, or modify others’ content without permission.

5. Project Sharing & Visibility

Projects can be marked Private (viewable only to you or selected users) or Public (visible on the Explore page).
You are responsible for setting your preferred visibility when uploading or editing content.

6. Platform Access & Limitations

DigiRoll operates on a least privilege access model—you only see and access what you’re authorized to.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

7. Disclaimer

DigiRoll is provided “as is.” While we strive for uptime and data security, we make no guarantees regarding availability, loss of data, or third-party content.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. DigiRoll reserves the right to terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms.
