DigiRoll Data Deletion Request

You can ask DigiRoll to delete your account and the personal information connected to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1: Delete in the App (fastest)

Open DigiRoll and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
Confirm.

Your account is deleted and you are signed out.

Option 2: Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email digiroll.app@gmail.com from the email address on your DigiRoll account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:

The email address and username on your account
Whether you want your whole account deleted or only specific information

We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, to protect your account from someone else trying to delete it.

What Happens When You Delete

We delete or de-identify your personal information within 30 days, including your profile, projects, uploads, and settings.
Content you shared with other people (for example, messages they received) may remain in their accounts.
Cached copies and backups are removed on our normal backup cycle.
If you have a paid subscription through Apple, deleting your DigiRoll account does not cancel it. Cancel it in your Apple ID settings, so you are not billed.

What We May Keep

We may keep limited information for longer when needed to comply with the law, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, prevent fraud and abuse, or keep our systems secure. This can include payment records, copyright notices, and abuse reports. We keep only what is needed and for no longer than required.
