DigiHorizons, Inc. ("DigiRoll," "we," "us") respects the rights of creators. DigiRoll lets users upload and share their own music and other creative work, and we expect every user to have the rights needed for what they post. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright and how users can respond.
DigiRoll is a platform for organizing and sharing creative work. We do not decide who owns a work, and we do not provide legal advice.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement
If you believe that content on DigiRoll infringes your copyright, send a written notice to digiroll.app@gmail.com containing all of the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered by one notice, a representative list.
- Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it, such as the DigiRoll profile, project, or content link.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

Please note that knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can make you liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Incomplete notices may not be actionable. We may share the contents of a notice, including your contact details, with the user whose content is the subject of the notice.
2. What We Do When We Get a Valid Notice
- We promptly remove or disable access to the identified material.
- We notify the user who posted it and give them a copy of the notice.
- We may restrict features on the affected profile or project while the matter is resolved.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the address above with all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before it was removed.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the district where your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which DigiHorizons, Inc. may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original notice.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will send it to the person who submitted the original notice. Unless that person notifies us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action against you, we may restore the material in about 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
4. Repeat Infringers
DigiRoll's policy is to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also act on a single serious violation.
5. Other Rights Concerns
- Trademark, impersonation, and other intellectual property claims: email digiroll.app@gmail.com with the details and links. We handle these case by case and may ask for documentation.
- Ownership disputes between collaborators: DigiRoll cannot decide who owns a recording, composition, or split. If you have a dispute with a collaborator, we recommend that you seek independent legal advice. We may, at our discretion, hold or restrict disputed content while an ownership dispute is open.
- Samples and covers: uploading a work that includes third-party material does not give you the right to distribute it. You are responsible for getting the licenses you need.
